It basically an EXTENDED Cut of the 2014 X-Men Days of Future Past. They named it the Rogue Cut because the earlier release in 2014 had very few scenes if any with the mutant Rogue. They were cut out to shorten the film. The extra ten minutes added to the film are all scenes with Rogue. Here a link if you want to read more about the Rogue Cut release of this film.
