Please realize the scenes with Rogue that were added back in don't start until an hour and a half into the film (literally right at the 1 hr 30 min mark is when it begins).
I'm watching the 1.46 GB version and it absolutely has those Rogue scenes in it, this version most likely does as well. To be sure skip ahead to the 1 hr 30 min mark and watch from there.
