Application

Crack
copy crack file StreamingAudioRecorder to installed program folder and
replace original file. crack or restore vbs file will automatically back
up original file and copy crack to default installation folders, program
will start when done. if file is not found a 'browse for folder' window
will open. runasadmin registry settings are added and program will start
as registered.

Patch
run vbs file 'patch sar runasadmin' located in the hexpatch folder. the
vbs file will backup program file in default installation directory and
use HexPatcher.exe to seek and replace registration byte patterns, program
will start when done. if files are not found a 'browse for folder' window
will open. vbs file and hexpatcher can be placed in program folder to
patch program file.

Firewall
program internet access can be blocked with the 'firewall program
context menu' vbs script.

I formatted my computer to install Windows 8 x64, and I tried this again. Not working, I tried to record something and the 7 day trial comes up. All I do is run the setup, install the program, copy the crack(.exe) to the Wondershare installed directory, overwrite the old file. Not working...

yup, you're right. pretty weird, this was just working for me not too long ago. i recently bought a 256gb ssd drive, and have a new win7 installation. for some reason, wondershare sar is not registered with the same patches i used before. i'll have to look into it, it might take a while. pe browse is not the easiest program to use for patching, looking through the disassembly can be a nightmare. it might be a while, i don't use sar for anything. also, version 2.20 is available.

okay, the 'Wondershare Software Universal Patch Feb 2013' in the original 'Wondershare Streaming Audio Recorder v2.10 setup and crack' works, the program records fine. then i restored the file and ran the v2.11 patch, and it still records. apparently the folder at 'C:UsersV1RTU4LAppData
oamingWondershareSAR' is necessary, that has some kind of validation information, which is created when the february universal patch is run. then i guess the latest patch for version 2.11 just covers some other things that happen to it. haven't checked it out much, maybe i should include the SAR roaming folder info, but i don't know what's in it and if it's system specific. the SAR folder isn't being created with the most recent patch. i should save the SAR files as a backup, and apply it when i install the program. unless i figure out the patch configuration. looks like it might be a two-stage patch, or patch and roaming SAR files. sometime, i guess.\n

maybe not the sar, just deleted it and it's still working. might be the registry guid.

first you'll want to download the 'Wondershare Streaming Audio Recorder v2.10 setup and crack', and use the universal patch in that torrent on v2.10 or v2.11, doesn't work completely on v2.20. it'll be some time before i can crack v2.20 and test it.

then you can apply the crack or the newer patch for v2.11.\n

if you want, you can uninstall v2.11, then install v2.10 and use the crack, then upgrade to v2.11 and use that crack.\n

what happens is the original patch successfully registers the program, and the program places a guid registry entry in the classes clsid section of the registry, hklm. that location is 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREClassesWow6432NodeCLSID{D0779646-EC1B-40C1-AD17-E0A60080E550}', it contains registered information. the 'Wow6432Node' is excluded in 32-bit systems. you could search the registry for 'D0779646-EC1B-40C1-AD17-E0A60080E550', if it exists then the program has previously been registered, if not then it has never been registered. presumably you could export that registry entry to a registry file, and merge it into a system that doesn't have it. i haven't tried that, but it should work, then the second patch hex set should work. that has seven hex sets, the first one has five.\n

apparently the latest patch doesn't succeed in creating that guid, but the previous patch does. i think the first patch works for about four months, and then it needs the two extra hex patches from the second patch. not sure why, it's hard to decipher where all those patches are in the .net framework disassembly in pebrowse.\n

essentially, install v2.10 and crack it, then install v2.11 and crack it, if it's the first time streaming audio recorder has been installed in a system.

it is working for me. maybe uninstall the wshelper, i think it's in public documents, or maybe program data.

just tried it, recorded the robocop trailer at youtube. no problems other than the program locked up when checking the register option while the program was playing the saved audio file. i would guess that's a program fault. had to use task manager to end the process. works fine other than that.

there are a couple of processes that could be closed which wondershare products tend to start, they are 'protectprocess.exe' and 'wshelper.exe'.\n

as far as your version saying it is a seven day trial, you could possibly try deleting the folder 'C:Users%username%AppData\n
oamingWondershareSAR'. other than that i'm not sure what to do, it is working fine for me, and possibly other users.\n

maybe uninstall and clean the registry with ccleaner, then reinstall. try renaming the original program file with a .bak extension, then copy the crack into the program folder.\n

the vbs file will do that automatically, and it will turn off the wshelper service if it is running, and check to make sure the program is not running, and end sar if it is running, plus the wshelper.exe and protectprocess.exe if they also happen to be running, before the crack is copied into the program folder.\n

if you're into it, you could compare the crack file to the original file with 010editor, and verify that the byte patterns are sufficiently different, and the difference is the hex set specified in the nfo file. i did that from the torrent software, and the torrent does contain a valid crack.\n

i have checked this file many times and the hexadecimal patches are the same as v2.10. you could try re-installing version 2.10 and see if that program is still running registered, or if it is now stating that it is a seven day trial. if the old version 2.10 is stating that it is a trial, there is some other file or registry entry that you will need to delete, basically it's the roaming folder, i'm guessing, or it's something in the registry. or possibly the internet connection is getting involved, but i've been connected the whole time i cracked this program, which is debugging and not just 'copy file'. or should i say disassembling since i had to use pebrowse pro to find the registration junk.

you could in the meantime try the vbs file with the hexpatcher, it isn't going to do anything except make a crack in the program folder. let me know if that works after running the patcher files.\n
