All 7 seasons of The Shield by uploader "MCH" are the best A/V quality torrents I could find anywhere online (and I looked around). What you need to know:

Download Speed: Really Good. Some seasons I had excellent DL speeds (1.0 MB/s type speeds out of my system's max of 1.3 MB/s), for others it was a little slower, but always above 500 KB/s.

A/V: 8 Audio, 8 Video. That rating is against any file size. If you want to take into account the small-ish 600 mb episode size, then it's 9/9.

The Show Itself: Outstanding. I got hooked immediately and mowed down all 7 seasons in 3 weeks. If you like crime or cop or action or drama shows, you'll very likely enjoy this one.
