Works fine no problem on 7-64bit, i had to do the bEnableFileSelection=1 thing to get my data files enabled i did this with a fresh install, installed high res texture pack first then copied the entire contents of this over to the skyrim folder ran the launcher, went to data files enabled both texture packs and both dawnguard and hearthfire,
working no problems at all \n
