thanks this worked without a hitch on Windows 8.1.
If anyone is confused by the other Rising Tide RELOADED thread, just download this version. It's a one-stop shop, no updates or other downloads needed.

works on W10 32 bit. But takes some time at first startup so dont get the wrong idea.
Strangly performs smoother than my original civ 5.
