Update either recovery mode or in XMB

Make sure to remove any blu-ray disc game inside your console

Rename "Rogero CFW 4.30 Version 2.03.PUP" to "PS3UPDAT.PUP"
and place it on your USB flash drive like this format.
X:PS3UPDATEPS3UPDAT.PUP

to install go to install package under GAME in XMB
Place it on your USB flash drive in the root directory.
