About the film:

  The series begins with the events on one of the outer colonies of humanity, Shadrach. Detachment of the Military Intelligence Service under the command of Lieutenant-Commander Jameson Locke landed on the planet in order to investigate the alleged terrorist activities. Detachment attacked radicals, and it becomes known that they are trying to use some kind of biological weapon that can only affect the people.
