To make it work :
1- Extract the «pack.faces» folder from the archive to your UserSports InteractiveFootball Managergraphics folder.
2- In the game preferences, go to « Display and sound »
3- Unckeck « Use skin cache »
4- Check « Always reload skin on confirm »
5- Click confirm and enjoy.
Works fine with Football Manager 2010 and Football 2011.
