Is it cracked? Does it work ok in Android v4.2?

Well, for me it doesn't, I can't get past the main menu.
By either pressing "Options" or "New Game" it just highlights the button and won't get anywhere. By frenetically pressing at random I was able to enter the Options menu once but not since then. This is a quad-core tablet with Cortex A9 and Mali 400 gpu so I'm pretty sure specs are not the problem.

I discovered a workaround but very nasty, I guess this is some kind of incompatibility with my device for some reason. I have to keep one finger constantly on the android system action bar for it to accept the touch input. That's unfortunate, thank god I tried it here first before buying.
