* Added missing connection from Dark Portal to Draenor (in case you lose all your hearthstones).

General Fixes:
FIX: Guides which have you purchase mounts from a vendor no longer crash. ('buy' now properly defaults to a count of 1 item.)
FIX: Faction no longer showing errors when completing Brawlpub/Brawl'gar ranks.
FIX: POI tooltip remaining visible when quickly mousing on-and-off a POI, whose item wasn't seen before.
FIX: Crash in Appraiser2.lua:976 when user has NO appraisable items.
FIX: Auction Tools will no longer assume there is valid server trend data loaded.
IMPROVEMENT: Arrow now fades between arrow and hourglass, instead of changing immediately and blinking.
IMPROVEMENT: Travel now initializes with a % display on arrow.
