Description

A collection of Yin style Baguazhang instructional videos. I have the Dong Haichuan -> Yin Fu -> Men Baozhen -> Xie Peiqi -> He Jinbao/Andrew Nugent-Head Dragon and Lion systems as well as a daoyin lecture series and some sword form demonstrations. The Foundation practices for each system are incredibly detailed.

I also have two qigong and walking instructional videos from the Yin Fu -> Gong Baotian - > Liu Yunqiao -> Adam Hsu/Jason Tsou. These are invaluable and well communicated. Adam Hsu's Internal Palms and Jason Tsou's Bagua Chi Kung: Secrets of the Dragon are both great ways to see some of the differences between the two Yin Fu lineages as well as train some different aspects of the art from the Xie Peiqi material.
