Wisdom of Father Brown - Chesterton, G. K

Gilbert Keith Chesterton is probably better known as a journalist and Catholic apologist. Still, he had yet another successful career writing the mystery stories surrounding Father Brown and others with the hero, Mr. Pond. Here is a collection of some of the Father Brown mysteries. Written in the style established by Poe, and furthered by Doyle, his priest adds a Catholic touch, where the offender often avoids prison through confession. After all, no one else can solve the mystery except Father Brown.
