The registration.exe is not infected with any virus when I scan it with 49 different virus scanners it looks clean, probably some programming bug in the registration.exe it seems.

I was right, how nice :)
I know why it doesn't work, the registration.exe is creating the registration files in the programfiles(x86)-WinRAR directory instead of the programfiles-WinRAR directory.
On x64 windows editions when you install an x64 version of software it is placed under c:programfiles-[AppName], which means that the registration.exe would only work with x64 editions of windows if you installed the 32bit version of winRAR, which then would place the application in c:programfiles(x86)-[AppName] which then would be the right place for the registration files generated by registration.exe
SOLUTION:
If you move the two installed registration files the registation.exe is creating from 'C:ProgramFiles(x86)-WinRAR' to 'C:ProgramFiles-WinRAR', then it's working and WinRAR is registered correctly :)
Advice for crack installer developer:
Check for WinRAR.exe in both the c:ProgramFiles-WinRAR and c:ProgramFiles(x86)-WinRAR directories and apply it to the directories where you find WinRAR.exe located.
If WinRAR.exe is not located here, ask the user for the path during installation of registration files.
There's many Windows versions so it's easy to get errors during development, hope this helps.
