Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 Start Button Converter is a free program that lets you easily convert existing Windows 7 start orbs (in .BMP or .PNG) to Windows 8.1 start buttons for use with Windows 8.1 Start Button Changer.

This is a freeware program now. It was a pain-in-the-assware program before I got hold of it. The program itself is free of any annoyances but the freaking INSTALLER is the adware/spyware/change-your-system-without-permission-ware pain-in-the-ass.

I downloaded it from their site, ran the installer (letting my anti-malware programs protect me through the process) and wound up in the end with the actual clean executable.

I've supplied the URL so that you can see the details of the program. However, if you download the program from the site, you will be negating my efforts. Their download is an abomination. I have helped you bypass that with this final sterile copy.
