when you make a slim windows, you do this for old computers

This windows is shit, this blocks an old computer. Customizing extreme make me lose my mind. I want a lite windows without thems, without aero and without unnecessary software. No games, no other language, and other things.
Old computers that are used only for music and some internet. Point.
Then is not bootable, if I do not have functional windows? What I do?
