You can even legitimately upgrade to Build 10547 straight from M$ with this. That is what I'm doing now on 2 computers.

Skip the product key, you can use activator in description if you don't have activated Windows from before.

I just installed it and it says "Windows is activated", so I guess I'm ok, right?
Also, is there a way of removing that writing from the bottom right corner of my screen: "Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview, Evaluation copy. Build 10537" ?

Yes, you are ok when it says it's activated.

but does this Insider version get the beta apps, Xbox updates, other features, etc? Or do I still have to be an official Insider member? thx in advance !!

You should get Insiders updates but not new build through Windows Update before you have logged in with your Insider account, not totally sure about the apps because I have newer used them. And if you want you can become an "official Insider" easy to do that on Microsoft's site :)
