Wikileaks insurance 20130815-A

First and smallest of the three new 'insurance files' by Wikileaks, released on 15 August 2013.
The contents are probably highly sensitive materials, but are encrypted using AES256. This means you as an end user can not use this, unless Wikileaks releases the password. They will probably do so when threatened.
You are encouraged to hold on to the insurance files for safe keeping.
