WiFi Strength Meter/locater from IntelliAdmin

It's a WiFi strength meter utility, supplied from IntelliAdmin utilities. Shows all available networks along with SSID, strength (in %), whether it's encrypted or not, etc. EXE file is standalone, pop onto a USB stick and you're good to go, no installation needed.
