Dude 495 mb is not a blue ray even if u coded it from tamil brd it is not may be a DVDRIP but not blue ray the minimum standards for bluray is that it should be 720p or above which means no matter what codec or encoder u use the minimum qualitly for highres is 0.8gb(approx) for an 1 hr duration movie and unlese war of the worlds movie duration in tamil became 20 min then no this is not a hd or br rip so stop misleading people
