Wacky Christmas album was released Oct 05, 2004 on the Koch label. Wacky Christmas gathers up most of the best-known Christmas novelty hits of the past few decades, including what may the biggest (and most annoying, if you're not in the mood) one of them all, Elmo & Patsy's "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer." Bob & Doug McKenzie's "Twelve Days of Christmas," Stan Freberg's "Nuttin' for Christmas," the Singing Dogs' "Jingle Bells" and the Jingle Cats' "Jingle Cat Medley" are all here too, along with contributions from such novelty veterans as Tiny Tim, Buster Poindexter, Allan Sherman, and Hampton the Hampster. Wacky Christmas definitely lives up to its name, but only children or other people with a high tolerance for quirkiness will be able to listen to it in one sitting. ~ Heather Phares.
