If you are taking or about to take your NCRC (National Career Readiness Certification) test, these are the tutorial courses you would be taking to improve your work and thinking skills as well as stats on the workforce online tutorial courseware, so if you are able to practice test and pass at level 5, you'd get the highest ranking of GOLD certificate. Mind you, that if you tried to improve only through the online tutorial courseware you'd have to call in to reset your placement scores every time you finally improved. With these, you only need to practice through the PDFs, then when you are finally ready, pre-qualify for the NCRC test with the online assessment found through the online tutorial courseware in order to place at the highest possible level. Note that the highest possible NCRC test only ranks at the max level available across all courses which is 5.
