1. But why bigger size?
In VS 2015 you can chose to configure your setup to only install the tools you want, which makes the install lighter and faster. If you chose to do a full installation though, Visual Studio is a pretty big product and will take over 30GB of disk space after installation and it 'INSTALLS' a lot of third party software including the Android SDK, the Java Developer Kit, and the Windows and Android emulators.
So I took the liberty to make complete setup as an offline installer. It helps a lot to install on multiple machines.

2. Who requires this full setup?
Those only who want to either customize a setup, to add most of the plug-ins or install faster without any internet. For normal users (who wants few basic components for daily usage) I recommend to download a small ISO.

3. So it’s completely offline you say?
Not necessarily. Some system may need internet access for installation. There are many factors such as system may not be updated, some 3rd party items, SDK ver. Update etc.

4. How much time it’ll take to install?
Depends on system h/w & selected items. Avg. 30 min. instead of usual 4-6 hrs.
