The movie follows two female British officers (played by Maria Lease and Kathy Williams) who volunteer to enter a Nazi camp undercover in order to gain information from, and possibly rescue, an inmate. The camp's female inmates serve as prostitutes for German officers and are subjected to humiliating treatment and torture. When the two female agents learn that their target is being held in solitary detention, one of them arranges to be punished so that she can make contact. This leads to Lt. Harman (Maria Lease) being stripped and strung up by her wrists. The target uses her body to free Harman and they attempt their escape. The escape plan ends in a climactic battle. The movie shows female full frontal nudity for a majority of the film.

Julia (Trish Everly, in her only film role), a young teacher for deaf children living in Savannah, Georgia. Julia has horrid memories of her childhood,which was
scarred by her sadistic twin sister Mary (Allison Biggers). At the urging of her uncle, Father James, Julia visits Mary, suffering from a severe skin disease, in
a mental institution.

The meet does not go well, and Mary vows to make Julia "suffer as she had suffered". As their mutual birthday approaches, several of Julia's friends and neighbors begin to die gruesome deaths, some of which committed by a mysterious Rottweiler dog that has some sort of connection to Mary. But is Mary really the killer?

A dapper man with a dignified manner and money to burn is making the rounds of New Orleans strip clubs and bordellos, always asking to be directed
to whichever prostitute is "the most evil." The lucky hookers are promised considerable cash to accompany the man back to his apartment; unfortunately, they are never heard from again. Once in his clutches, the women become sacrifices to the Aztec goddess of evil. The victims are tied nude to an altar and dispatched during highly ritualized murders that involve ceremonial masks, sacred oils and vivisection.

When the bodies of prostitutes start showing up in dumpsters with their hearts hacked out, the New Orleans police department gets on the case. However, the corrupt cop in charge of the investigation spends more time in bed with his new hooker girlfriend than actually working, so the sinister Priest continues his one-man killing spree unabated. With Mardi Gras approaching, the chief of police demands results before the streets are filled with revellers, but their only hope is for the maniac to make a mistake.

La Horriplante Bestia Humana is a gory, misogynist exercise in rape, wrestling, and thoracic surgery from Mexico's premier father-son "Z"-movie team René Cardona and René Cardona Jr. Essentially a remake of the elder Cardona's Doctor of Doom, laced with more sex and violence for more tolerant European audiences, this sleazy exploiter stars José Moreno as a brilliant but misguided surgeon (aren't they always in movies like this?) who tries to save his ailing son (Armando Silvestre) by transplanting an ape's heart into his chest. As one would expect, the results are slightly off-kilter, creating a hairy gorilla-man with a wrestler's physique who loves nothing more than to rip men's faces off.

The only one who can put a stop to this horrific rampage is,a masked female wrestler (looking scarier than the monster!) who goes to the mat to teach the
ape-man the error of his ways. As if this premise ,loaded with opportunities for nudity and explicit (though crude) gore murders, weren't exploitative enough,
the flying Cardonas splice in actual open-heart surgery footage to fully llustrate the Moreno's handiwork. The crowning moment (for the English-dubbed version, anyway) arrives when the cynical police chief dismisses the notion that the attacks are perpetrated by an ape-man: "It is more likely that you have been watching on your television too many pictures of terror!"
Since its American release as Night of the Bloody Apes, this chunk of exi-horror sleaze has undergone numerous title changes in its quest for total anonymity, including Gomar, the Human Gorilla and the charmingly honest Horror and Sex.
