Vegan - Simply Heavenly

This is the very best Vegan cookbook ever written. It's very difficult to find now because it's out of print and most libraries have had their copies lost or stolen. Copies of it go for $300 plus at used book sites. This copy was graciously uploaded by the original uploader onto Demonoid. I'm sharing it here so that everyone can still have access to it. It was scanned by the original uploader and then made into PDF files.

As the vegetarian market grows by leaps and bounds (25 million vegetarians in America at last count), the number of vegan vegetarians increases dramatically too. Vegan (pronounced VEE gun) vegetarians not only don't eat meat, but they also don't eat milk and dairy products or eggs.
