This little bundle is the lite version of my Residential Buildings pack, including 3 buildings, some road meshes, and fences - all performance friendly, designed for top-down projects, car games (not close-ups).

Features:
- High performance (Each house uses 1 material for its renderer and all houses share one for the reflective/emissive windows)
- 2048x2048 atlases
- PBR materials
- Demo scene included (side scrolling, building selecting/recognition, terrain)
- Requires Unity 5.1.1 or higher.

Mesh triangle count range from 1.052 to 3.447.
