TRAMA:

Meghan è un’ambiziosa giornalista televisiva sui 30 anni, che sta per essere promossa ad un ruolo di primo piano da un’importante rete nazionale. Dopo una giornata disastrosa, scopre di essere stata lasciata dal suo fidanzato e di non avere neanche ottenuto la promozione. Per tirarla su di morale, le sue migliori amiche la convincono ad uscire per passare una serata tra donne in città all’insegna del divertimento più sfrenato e, così, Meghan trascorre una scatenata notte brava. Tra un bicchiere e l’altro, per allontanare la tristezza, la ragazza flirta con un affascinante barista, Gordon. Il mattino seguente, Meghan si sveglia nell’appartamento di Gordon - effetto collaterale della sua folle avventura notturna. Non sa più dove siano finiti il suo cellulare e la sua borsa, ma utilizza il telefono fisso per controllare la sua segreteria telefonica, dove ha ricevuto un messaggio dal suo produttore che le annuncia di essere nuovamente in corsa per la grande promozione, a condizione di arrivare presso l’emittente televisiva entro l’inizio della trasmissione. Senza svegliare Gordon, Meghan infila il suo abito osè della sera prima e si avventura in un territorio a lei sconosciuto nel centro di Los Angeles. Senza soldi e senza documenti, Meghan incappa in una serie di divertenti disavventure nel tentativo di arrivare in tempo al network televisivo per non lasciarsi sfuggire il lavoro dei suoi sogni.

STORYLINE:

Meghan Miles is a TV correspondent who works at a local Tv station. She gets an opportunity to work at a network. She goes home to celebrate with her boyfriend. Her friends show up to celebrate with her. But they find her despondent. It seems like her boyfriend left without saying good bye and the network is leaning towards someone else. Her friends convince her to go out and get drunk. They get her to put on a hot dress. She eventually gets so drunk that a guy offers to take her home but she prefers to go to his place. And she spends the night. When she wakes up she gets s call telling her that the network is reconsidering her so she has to go to work but her car was towed away and her wallet which in her purse is also in it. And she left her phone at the guy's place. She then finds herself wandering around downtown LA and runs into drug dealers and people think she's a hooker. So she has to find a way get to work. And even the police are after her.
