This is the Ultimate Comics: All-new Spiderman or Ultimate Spider-Man volume 2 series, issues from 1 to 10 (as far as I know, all the releases up until now, 2-31-2012). Issues 4 and 6 are in Spanish. I do not own them, i merely uploaded them in one single place. Have fun reading!
