Si tratta del primo singolo pubblicato dal gruppo per la CBS irlandese, in mille copie numerate a mano (ormai introvabili).
Il ragazzo ritratto in copertina si chiama Peter Rowan, aveva cinque anni nel 1979, ed era fratello minore di un caro amico degli U2: Derek "Guggi" Rowan, il cantante dei Virgin Prunes. Lo stesso Peter comparirà successivamente anche sulla copertina di Boy e di War.
