Description Two And A Half Men Plot Walden and Alan think it may be time for Berta to retire when she injures her back at work. When they suggest her retiring, she grows offended as the conversation progresses and quits. Walden and Alan then try different maids, with little success, as the first one believes they are homosexuals; the second has four guns and a shank in her purse; and the third is a black schizophrenic with an issue with Walden and Alan's supposed racist remarks.
