AMC started prefixing ads to the WebDLs in the second half of S06 (or Cyphanix stopped clipping them out). To match the first half of S06 that I've encoded, I have removed the ads. If you need to resync custom subs, split them by timecode 00:00:16 in mkvtoolnix-gui's output tab to match this video.
How to split subs by timecode:
1. Download
MKVToolNix.
2. Open the GUI and drag your sub file into the input box.
3. Click on the Output tab.
4. Choose "After specific timecodes" for Split Mode.
5. Enter 00:00:16 in the box.
6. Optionally name the output file and press "Start muxing". It leaves you with a part 001 and part 002 file. Discard the part 001 file.
7. Extract the srt file back out of the newly created Matroska container from the command line:
mkvextract tracks "filename_you_picked-002.mks" 0:"new_filename.srt"
8. You can now rename the part 002 to match the video filename. Place it in the same directory as the video file and play with a sub aware player such as vlc or mpc-hc (some players require it to be put in a subs subfolder).

TWD is the ugliest source material I've ever had the displeasure of working with. For one thing, the bitrate is too low in places, revealing artifacts. The grain is also horrendous and there is some color banding present. Why the studio allows the network to release a product this poor is beyond me.
Pre-processing the grain and color banding out took quite a bit of tweaking for me to get right. The end result is, in my opinion, a higher quality print than the original. See comparison screenshots below I did for E01 (these screens are not representative of the actual file in this torrent):
Until we get a BluRay, I believe this is the best WebDL product we're going to get. Even then I suspect the quality will only marginally improve (still grain, but no artifacts).
