TT Oksala - Radio Storm

Timo Tapani Oksala was born in 1958 and debuted twenty years later with "Radio Storm", an album that combines futuristic space synth and progressive rock. It was produced by Harri Saksala (Topmost, Apollo, Kalevala, and a solo career), who also released it on his new Lobo label.



Oksala had brief stints in Piirpauke, Timo Kojo's backing band and Pekka Pohjola Group before becoming a session musician and producer. As latter, he has gained much fame for himself, and bands he's produced include Ultra Bra, HIM, Lordi, Stratovarius and Fintelligens. His solo work has been scarce: an EP in 1983 and the albums "Shore Stories" (1988) and "This Rhythm" (1992).
