Update: I wish to apologize to all the peers whom where possibly stuck downloading last night. I had configured uTorrent to automatically stop torrents when they had reached a ratio of 1.0, but failed to realize that this would include my own torrent and seeding to 1.0 (even with Super-Seeding) would fail to distribute it to enough peers. Sorry :/
