"Crackling" on the Mayor's line !.2 engineers inspect the wires outside Mr.Munnings shop.Unfortunately head-honcho Mr.Wantage gets called away,Miss Lovelace's "Mitzy" gets tangled in the wires,and his dopey assistant,Fred,re-connects them incorrectly.Cue much cross-line mayhem.With the main loser being Cptn Flack who mistakenly thinks there's a fire at the Mintons."Everyone's very cross" but Mr.Wantage returns and soon sorts it all out.
