I'm voting this as 10/10 because I think it's amazing quality for an old VHS copy and I am very grateful to the uploader for taking the time to share with us. (I too, tried to download this movie for months at another link with no success.) I'd also like to thank the seeder who came by and picked up the slack. By today's standards I'd rate the Video quality as 7 or 8, Aspect Ratio 4:3
