the cmd is taking a lot of time for starting "TTDLOADW.OVL" pls help me with installation.....

Awesome, Thanks! Something not mentioned for the installation is that you need to also copy the gm directory over from the Transport Tycoon Deluxe program over to the OpenTTD program in order to have music play during the OpenTTD game.
