change your language in the NameChanger and Language Selector. after start game desktop icon. (not start Language Selector because need to steam login)

I used the Namechanger program in the main game folder to change the language to english. However, when I try to start the game, it just takes me online to Steam page. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
