Terrible English subtitles. For example, in Transformers 2, instead of saying,
"She's tied for number one on my to-do list" it says,
"She's tight for me on one on my to-do list."

If English subs matter to you, look elsewhere.

I'm a johnny-come-lately here... but you can try Daum PotPlayer (http://daumpotplayer.com/download/) and KMPlayer (http://www.kmpmedia.net/). I've been using these two (interchangeably) for the last 3 years and both are fantastic. I'll try the MPCStar soon, a way of acquainting myself with what's out there. More than the player though, you have to have powerful processors, main and video, to enjoy large video files 20-GB and more (PC or digital media players). Windows Media Player, I believe, is not cut out to handle the many bells & whistles of the video files today. Good day to all and happy video hunting.
