Tower Block 31 Is Set To Get Demolished And Most Of The Tenants Have Relocated Except For The Ones On The Top Floor. Unfortunately The Top Floor Residents Are Going To Be Stalked By A Sniper Who Has Set Up Traps All Over The Place And Is A Dead On Shot.
