I modded that other guys upload because there was no audio coming out of the right side channel and it was causing it to be out of sync on me too.

This Fix may not be perfect but it seems to be watchable for me now.

What i did was i dumped the audio to wave with Avidemux then i used DBPoweramp
to convert it from broken stereo at 24khz to Mono at 48khz wave
then i imported the wave file into Avidemux and set Codec as AAC 448kps (still Mono)

I appreciate the effort and he said the source was screwed up so..

Oh and the video was set to Copy mode (not re-encoded)
