Mike Isabella vs. Antonia Lofaso
Antonia challenges Mike with an Arancini challenge and Mike lays down the gauntlet with a two-part challenge -- Clean and butcher various seafood in a Speed challenge and the winner gets to pick which protein to use for both. For the Duel, the cousins will go back to their roots and create a 3-course Italian feast with a member of their families working as a sous chef.
