A new series from Sky Sports of one-hour football chat shows presented by Jeff Stelling with a series of considered, nostalgic discussions featuring true legends of the game.

This week's episode looks at Oxford United who just over twenty years ago were First Division highflyers winning the League Cup in 1986. In 1982 under the chairmanship of newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell the club moved from the brink of bankcruptcy in the old Division Three to finding themselves promoted the First with Jim Smith in charge in two seasons. On the brink of success a bust up between Smith and Cap'n Bob led to the 'bald eagle' leaving Oxford for QPR leaving Maurice Evans in charge. Miraculously he managed them on to win the club's only piece major silverware, the League Cup beating Jim Smith's QPR 3-0, and stave of relegation on the last day by beating Arsenal. By March 1988 with Oxford United still in the top Division Maxwell left for Derby County leaving the club to slip painfully from the Football League completely in 2003/04. Guests on the show are John Aldridge, Ray Houghton and Les Phillips all of who benefited from their time at the Manor Ground.
