A now largely forgotten play by Noel Coward, written as a propaganda piece early in World War 2 as a peon of praise to ordinary British people. The play follows the lives of two working class families, from the end of World War One to the dawn of World War Two, a period in which they will have both ups and downs.

Sound quality only fair and there are a few gaps in the recording, but not enough to spoil enjoyment.
