Do I need to install this & the other 2 DLC updates after updating to 1.22 ?
If I understood right u just need the 1.22 patch which updates the DLCs as well, but a confirmation would be nice.

you only need the 1.22 patch :) i've already tried it and my dlc's are for 1.11 version as the 1.22 patch will patch your dlc's to 1.22 version. this is for those who want to have an updated installers for DLC's
