These shitty movies that I upload are new and fresh movies that just came out. You'd be surprised how many of these are being downloaded like crazy. And I don't do them often, just when I feel bored and nothing new, more blockbuster-ish is coming out (meaning, my CPU is free).

Plus, I really don't care about how popular I am. I do this for fun, as a hobby of my own. It's nice when people like your work, but I'm not going to start looking into that too much.

As for the classics: What's the point of ripping a movie that has been re-released about a million times?
