First of all make sure you have FSD and Dashlaunch setup on your console. Then just copy the folder "584111DE" into the games folder of your internal HDD. Then finally copy the Title Update folder into the Cache folder of the HDD.

Did you copy and enable TU correctly? Also are you on FSD?

How do I play this on the 360? Do I just burn it to a blank DVD?

You wont be able to burn this to a DVD in the current format as its already in GOD which requires a JTAG or RGH machine. But not too sure if you can convert it back to ISO format using GOD2ISO and then burn it. You can google and see :)
