if anybody has save file issue after dealing with this issue for long i actually found a way to work season 1 saves

make a folder and name it as The Walking Dead put all your season 1 saves files here specially the prop files and all saves files in this folder
copy this folder to your C:UsersusernameDocumentsTelltale Game

so it will become as C:UsersusernameDocumentsTelltale GameThe Walking Dead
now open your season 2 application now it will search and find your save file no matter which version you have installed previuously
