Liu Hsuan Mei (Margaret Hsing Hui), Chou Man Li (Chin Lui) and Li Hsiu Chen (Helen Ko) leave home to seek work in the city. Three boys led by Chao Hsiang (Chuan Yuan) offer the girls a ride into town. The innocent girls accept the offer but are taken to a deserted place. The thugs attempt to molest them but Liu Hsuan Mei and Li Hsiu Chen manage to escape.
Chou Man Li is assaulted and ends up working in a nightclub. Soon she takes up with playboy Hsu Wen Ta (Wai Wang). Although they live together, he does not return her affection and hides their relationship from his family.
