There's supposed to be English subtitles but there are absolutely none when you watch the movie. What happened?

use VLC player then you won't be having any trouble mate....

Thanks, but it's only when I'm streaming to my TV. The subtitles play fine through the PC, just not the TV...somehow it's lost during the streaming process.
