Josh is here to confront Cassie, the mother of his 2 children, for the physical abuse she inflicted on one of their children. Cassie was raising the children by herself after she and Josh broke up while she was 7 months pregnant with their 2nd child. She admits to slapping her baby boy once when she couldn’t get him to stop crying, but denies any abuse beyond that.
